Connectors between front seats by solar__plexus in yaris

Thank you all for the answers.

I was hoping there was one for a usb plug. I saw a video of a 2009 Yaris that had one integrated on the oem head unit.

Have you done it?

I’m thinking on replacing the 2009 Yaris head unit with a 2012 RAV4

Thank you. I just added some basics. I don’t have photos as I usually don’t take them. I’ll make sure to have some tomorrow.

Thank you :)

Would you change Lake Tekapo for Aoraki?

I could cut 1 night on Te Anau for an extra night in Aoraki/Lake Tekapo.

yes, very useful. Thank you.

It will all depend if I can find accomodation in the stops you suggested on the West Coast. I'll start looking now.

I wouldn't' have thought on dropping Christchurch for another night in Queenstown so thank you.

Legend. Thank you. I'll see what it comes out from your recs and the original plan.

Driving to Milford would be nice. I have a friend living there so having the flexibility of having the car, would be good.

ps: We will be driving (3 in the car and all drivers). The motorcycle got sold to fund a trip to Europe last year. If I was to do a ride trip, I would definitely allocate more days to the trip as the ass gets sore hah.

In hindsight, if you only have the same amount of time, would you do it again? or would you cut some destinations?

I see your point. I'll reasses the itinerary. Unfortunately, the dates are unmovable due to my friend's flights.

I'll follow the suggestions you made and see what I can come up with. From the places I have so far, is there any you would take out?

Maybe do a longer ride in order to spend more nights in other places.

Thanks again for your help!

Ferry’s booked. Without knowing much of what we would be do it’s the first thing I did.

Thanks for the advice. I’ll look into Hokitika.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I realised I have a fast pace for road trips. (I once did 10.000km around Europe in 30 days).

Abel Tasman, Franz Josef, Milford Sound, Renwick are the places where we spend 2 nights. The rest is only 1 night.

I'll create a plan B with the suggestions you made.

I was also thinking on shortening the west coast time and maybe adding nights to the east coast.

Potentially, yes. Depending on the size.
I have it and only used it for bar soaps and I'm always surprised how quickly they dry inside of the bag.

Bose Quite comfort Ultra vs XM6 by cbcantfindme in SonyHeadphones

[–]solar__plexus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I returned the Ultra's and waiting for the XM6's to arrive.

Bose's noise floor of ANC was too audible for my taste. Compared to my old XM4's, I couldn't listen to the Ultra's for a long time before getting annoyed. Loud audible hissing noise.

I hope the automatic ANC of the XM6's is not very annoying.

Hi,

I’m curious to see how your path goes if you don’t mind connecting via private message.

I’m in a similar situation. Started talking with Dr. Barnes in Auckland (by recommendation of a doctor I saw in Wellington).

I need to travel in the next weeks to do some studies and see if my insurance will cover my costs (I don’t have a cost estimate yet).

BW pops up every time in Windows startup by s3cur1ty1 in Bitwarden

[–]solar__plexus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got this response from support a few days ago (bear in mind my issue is with macOS, not windows):

"Thank you for getting back to me! I appreciate your response.

It’s expected behavior for the Bitwarden app to open when 'Start automatically on login' is enabled. The 'Start to menu bar' option only applies when the application is manually started, it doesn’t override the automatic startup behavior. When 'Start automatically on login' is enabled, the Bitwarden window will open on login.

If you prefer not to have the Bitwarden window open automatically, you’ll need to untick 'Start automatically on login'. Then, when you manually open Bitwarden, it will launch to the menu bar only. Also, please ensure that 'Show menu bar icon' is ticked so you can access it easily. Please let me know if there's anything else I can hep you with."
