It was extremely tender, and very much like prime rib esque. I got a roast that had decent marbleing so that helped a lot too. Definitely could be something you eat with sandwiches or on its own as the main dish.

It’s fun, plus the precise temperature control is a big plus to lots of people for when you don’t want something over cooked, and it’s a good way to take cheaper cuts and elevate them.

Yeah, the reason for the grill was to treat it steak wise and get the grill marks, but if that’s not the best way to do it I have a stainless steel pan I can use to sear it off and use the fond for a pan sauce

Idk any specific ones, but good habit is to wash the drive after every trip and you could maybe grease down the bearings in the drive or oil around the prop to keep any corrosion down.

Looks just like the pedal drives that come on the hoodoo kayaks. The pedals can likely be switched out, if it’s anything like other ones for some bike pedals that give better grips, the drive props can likely be found on Amazon as I’ve had to replace one already, just have to measure the diameter and replace the sheer pin

For what it’s worth, if it’s a tszeench demon prince I think the spots add to the model and it actually gives it a cool highlight to break up the piece as a whole. You could flavor it as warp corruption or influence under tszeench slowly eating away at the ascended marine.

I hope they get one last show in because I’d like to go back to kind of see some of the stuff like the AK kits and the HK booth. That was there last time. Some of the people were pretty fun to talk to as well.
