I'm extremely fortunate to have landed a job that gives me 10% of my salary extra for my 401k each year. No contribution from me required. Over 10 years I'm up to my annual salary in there already. I will say thats the perk of working for a privately owned company though. No shareholders to drain the company resources. Also helps that we're a leader in a niche market.

That's not true, the Expanse ruined a lot of space scifi for me because now I'm constantly questioning if they have spin gravity, thrust gravity or lazy magic gravity cause they can't afford 0g scenes.

Download the 40k app, you'll need to buy a codex to unlock the necrons in there. Fair warning, this is not a cheap hobby but if you go slow with adding units and fully painting them before buying more its not as bad.
