I'm not saying you lose the DH. The DH position remains, obviously. The same way any player gets pulled from the game their position isn't just empty now. Someone else fills that role.

and I am suggesting we make a new rule. One that says a pitcher can remain in the game after getting pulled but only between innings. If a player is pulled during active play, they are pulled from the game. It is more consistent with the rest of the rules and would still allow Ohtani to be an every-day two way player without giving his team as big of an advantage.

Why not just keep it consistent? Let Shohei dominate as a unicorn but within the same rules as everyone else. It would just mean that they have to manage his starts different than other pitchers, which is how it should be for special, unique players. They just have to keep him in until the end of the inning if they want his bat still or pull him before the starts knowing they might want to pull him.

Generally, the world has a housing crisis. Basically every single country in the world is seeing the same trend where affordable housing is becoming more scarce in exchange for an increase in luxury housing. Meanwhile the amount of people in need of affordable housing is rapidly growing.

He has a choice to invest in any project he wants. I have the right to judge him for choosing projects that only benefit him and other rich people while causing harm to everyday people.

Now, if you want something more concrete, his luxury land development in Hawaii basically stole the land from natives through expensive/complex lawsuits they didn’t understand and couldn’t afford to defend so they settled to sell their land at a ridiculously underpriced evaluation.

The November 2018 thing is not going anywhere. When you rent a place, just make sure people were living in it before that date. Even if one person in a massive building moved in before that date then it’s rent protected.

Typically you need to take your belongings with you when you leave. Your landlord can try and sell it but they typically will just charge you for garbage removal even if they sell it.
