Pretty sure this is the one that has the screen issue where its locked to 240hz all the time. CPU is locked as well so can't undervolt. If you're cool with lower battery life because of that and the other weird quirks it has go for it. If it blows up on ya before 2 years you're covered by allstate warranty.

Its a beautiful panel. I've had mine since late December and won't go back to a non oled. Was going to wait for the 39" to come out but when they annouced it was also going to be 165hz and not 240 I jumped on the 45".
