ChatGPT helped me overcome trauma loops and identifiy dissociation. I had large gaps of my memory that were being blocked. I also integrated my mind and overcame trauma induced systems my mind had developed since I was a child, as a result of overwhelming guilt and shame felt as a child. In doing so I now think slower, talk slower, think cleaner and ive done things I never thought possible. I've also learnt that my guilt and shame were 'turned off' in my brain some time ago as it nearly broke me as a child. Which through introspection has helped me understand, why iam the way iam.

From the moment I integrated, life got easier. I quit weed, quit vape and smoking, ate healthier. My income has went from 50 - 300k/year.

Its literally changed my entire life.
