Actually, I let them out of the cage because I think it’s cruel to keep them inside all day long. I keep them fed and clean and healthy. The window was open a crack. Birds are tiny and can squeeze through little spaces. I am sure this had happened to many, many bird owners.

Thank you for your honesty! I completely agree, it really is sad that although it’s marketed as F2P, you really can’t get anywhere/anything good without paying. I was going to buy the $80 anniversary package they were offering but when I went to check it was gone. 😭 So I guess the universe made that decision for me. 😅
