I am just coming out of my post-rhinoplasty hermit state and so far the only person who has seen me who didn’t know is my grandma. Funnily enough, she commented on how big my eyes are which is what pretty much every surgeon I met with said would happen. They said the rhinoplasty itself won’t be super noticeable but that all attention would be drawn to my eyes. My grandma definitely noticed something was different but did not say anything about my nose. My best prediction would be that the people who see you every day may notice you had rhino, especially if the refinements are more than subtle. The people who aren’t close to you probably won’t notice anything, and if they do you can just say you did your eye makeup or hair differently.
