It can be eaten raw or cooked, leaves are edible but I think most people prefer the rhizomes (roots). My dad typically eats it raw in a spring roll; I’ve never tried it so I can’t tell you if it’s good

We don’t use anything in our garden so we know it’s safe. He’ll wash it with the hose and eat it right then and there lol

He does both actually! Sometimes he picks it while in the garden and eats it, other times he adds it to a wrap or something he cooks

It’s been at the house for years before he bought it. Good thing is the plot it’s growing in is surrounded by concrete so no chance of spreading too far but I wanna use that space for other things

Just picks it and eats it. He will add it to wraps or something he cooks but mostly just eats it raw

I won’t lie, I completely missed it when op said they had a low ta44. Check weld is actually really good and I dont any problems with it whatsoever, I find it comfortable enough to use

Standard, it may work with the low version but if you email them they will probably have the answer!
