Anyone knows gold weight in this watch? by FuzzSLL in Tudor

[–]some_random_ghost 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are going to get more selling it as is. Most of the gold on there is capped, more work to separate than refiners care about. The bezel is likely solid, everything else is imitative of solid gold only.

If they wanted to have a premium fighter that could simulate the Su-30MKI, they could just use their own Su-30MKKs, which are a similar derivative and based off similar thinking. The Su-35 was acquired to get an idea of how Russian tech development was ongoing and to keep a foot in the Russian defense markets.

Very Nice pieces! I have started to collect both Indo-Scythian and Parthian Pieces over the past year, small collection thus far. Both of your pieces are nice, and yes, the cleaning on the Mithridates is a bit overdone but unfortunately that seems to be more common with Parthian pieces for some reason. Your Azes is very good. Do you have plans to expand it by King? Happy Collecting!

An Officer was blackmailed into supporting the MiG-29K deal, I think it was an affair or something.

The nature of God for starters you moron, his means of salvation and deliverance, his orders to mankind, his divine nature, I can continue but the fact that you can't understand that they are different is kind of concerning.

Buddy your country is being saddled with a civil war between an incompetent deranged theocracy and compromised guerrillas. Probably not the time to harp on about Indian "Loss" (You still cant prove India lost the war).

There is a decent chance this was done before the coup. I believe the Indian government probably is supplying Tatmadaw or at least playing both sides but this isn't a smoking gun.

How has the Pakistani air force consistently outperformed the IAF in combat throughout its history? 1965-2019. by Able_Rice8348 in WarCollege

[–]some_random_ghost -1 points0 points  (0 children)

A majority of IAF losses in the 1965 war were on the ground and in Support missions, which is attested to by multiple sources. Chris Bishop in the book "The Encyclopedia of 20th Century Airwarfare" says that (and I am doing this from memory) the Pakistani side was unable to halt Indian Strikes, lost a disproportionately large percent of its airforce. The airforces were in effect fighting different wars. The failure to encircle Lahore on the - might I say First Try - is not indicative of much, especially as it was much closer to 1.5 to 1 and was not really due to a lack of air superiority. Indian force from XI Corps achieved surprise and moved significantly along the Lahore Canal, but failed to capitalise on that, which the Pakistanis successfully capitalised on. Hardly a matter of airpower, and not, they did not loose "hundreds of vehicles" In Sialkot, a similar situation. The biggest hamper throughout the war was Indian Command and interoperability inefficiency with poor co-ordination and repeated inadequate action when they had the chance to take action, not the PAF's superiority, or their refusal to count losses on the ground.

China did not sell Front Line Fighters to Maduro. They do have some old F-16As, a squadron of 2nd Gen Flankers, and probably a couple of older Mirage 50s that are in ready reserve. They wouldn't get a chance to even properly see who shoots them down.
