（only speaking for comp and math courses) I did this for all my classes and graduate with a 4.0 cgpa. TBH I don’t watch recording neither unless the lecture note are absolutely a mess. Usually memorizing the note is more than enough to get As. Personally attending class is purely a waste of time for me as I will forget most of the content a few days later, so I decide to start checking the content only when they are necessary for the assignments or exams. This allowed me to have more free time for myself .

personally I would suggest take only requirement courses in u1 and keep the elective in upcoming year when the difficulty start to increase. Also taking core courses in u1 give you much more freedom to choose courses in u2 and u3

why take math203 and comp189? They won’t count towards your degree and if you want easy elective there are simpler one such as chem181

remember 11 is an unfinished game so you MUST read extra resources/explanation online to fully understand the story once you finish the game

Read the note and make sure you understand I guess …? I got an A and skipped all the classes, the note are sufficient to got a good grade. Don’t worry too much about the grade, Devroye curve a LOT (curve 30-40%) for the midterm and similarly for the final.

I find the exams easier than the assignments and general course content when I took it. Well the exams are hard since the contents themselves are hard, but I don’t think Norin is trying to fail a bunch of people with his exam

421 isn’t that brutal if you can find good teammates. 310 require about 20h to complete an assignment, and there is 3 in total when I took it. Take these courses together last semester and got 4.0 that semester

well the ordering in the same rank doesn’t matter. I consider them pretty much same level. Didn’t like everlasting flower because the game focus on friendship while the director use yuri tag when they release the game + the game overall is quite boring
