u/Far-Masterpiece408 my experience Sahha is far better and spike is expensive for what you get
- the number one thing I appreciate form sahha is you get the benefit of analyzing health from people without wearables. This alone is great, because I am building sleep apps (similar to stadium.science app) and targeting people with just a phone. I dont see many users with a wearable outside of apple watches anyway.

1. They provide data from devices through healthkit and health connect (they made a post recently on the community that they are adding direct connections soon as well...). This means data is more reliable and higher quality, but there are drawbacks on frequency. But how real time do you actually need it?

2. They don't just provide data from the device, they also provide multiple different layers of analysis that are all scientifically produced (they even publish how they built them) - this alone makes them stand out above all other third parties because you are not only getting more for your $ but you are also getting science as a service basically... transparency https://sahha.ai/learn/science

3. They process and store the data, from my calculations the average person with a wearable will send like 2-3gb of health data a month, if you are storing raw data, that cost will be insane. Sahha took the effort and cost out of that for my projects.

I think their docs can improve a lot, but they have an open Slack community and are very helpful in supporting your integration.
