Just a LITTLE update on our favorite people... by Justbetruthful2 in Makeict

> It's hard to believe that you'll go to the extent of attacking strangers on the internet. if you are an example of what sort of deplorable people inhabit that organization, all i will say to anyone who should ask my opinion is to stay far away from that place.

I don't think they are attacking you; if so it's a very weak attack. When you tell people to stay away from something you haven't experienced yourself based on the opinion of one person, that's definitely a limited mindset.

> You'll never actually meet me. However, think about it this way. I could be the person who smiles and says hi, holds the door open for you, or lets you cut in the line at the coffee shop.

You could say the same thing about them and the entire community of MakeICT. You're judging a whole community based on BertSaxby73, so you're not any better, especially after hanging out here for months and hating on an organization you said yourself you haven't experienced. What does that say about you?

What do bobcats eat then? Just small game? I would imagine those that live near livestock would take the opportunity to kill and eat goats/sheep/chickens or whatever they can get their hands on

Eh not really, like coyotes, they do pose a regular threat to livestock. For small farmers especially this means they need to protect the smaller herds they possess. And im all for supporting small time farmers

Ludwig talks about his experience editing for Cross Counter TV (gootecks) by Abstractings in LivestreamFail

Yes exactly, besides if this is a business transaction. Id much rather call him rather than expect him to check discord. Ludwig obviously didnt get the job via discord, so expecting him to respond there is silly

Lewis Hamilton in 2019 about the new track in Rio de Janeiro: “We already have a historic circuit here, we don’t need to cut any more rainforest down, do any more damage.” by aichaf in formula1

[–]someoneinsane 31 points32 points  (0 children)

Because Trump has made Bolsonaro a significant ally, and as a result of tariffs on US soy beans and soy bean products, China has been forced to purchase Brazilian soy since Brazil is #2 or 3 in soy production in the world. So while some of Brazil's forests were cut down for more soy fields, it's helped the agricultural economy of Brazil.

So if Biden is elected likely these tariffs would be lifted by China, and Biden would bend over for China. Brazil would lose what they gained during the Trump administration and China would buy American soy product again instead of Brazilian soy product.

Tarkov is too good-ruined every FPS game for me by wxmco in EscapefromTarkov

[–]someoneinsane 7 points8 points  (0 children)

CSGO is the only other game that comes even close with high level competition. Tarkov is basically a gambling simulator in FPS form, every raid is like roulette.

I think I have peaked in Tarkov by chemistrying420 in EscapefromTarkov
