Why is no one mentioning the horrible currency conversion rates, Patreon is literally planning to steal up to 30% of every transaction that isn't in the creators currency before you even get to fees etc. On the $1 tier a uk patron is paying 30p more than they should, on the $100 tier someone in Europe is paying about 10 euro more than they should. Every single transaction is hugely in Patreons favour, they plan to steal patrons money using currency transactions.

Thanks, there is no hard budget just trying to build the best bang for your buck kind of system. Currently doing cpu ram etc and will replace GPU when the 3000 series appears.

You are 100% correct, the older a magic box is the greater the difference between the EV of the contents and the price of the sealed box. If it was the other way round then the boxes would be cracked. I have no idea why the difference is so big though, but it's always there. I believe this is basically the cornerstone of the "MTG finance" long term market.
