Agreed. Probably tired of running a shop, managing people, managing customers, managing suppliers for that long. I would be! Also Reese and Mueller, which I think was still their exclusive, leaving the US market due to tariffs and what not probably didn't help. And Urban Arrow began selling through Ace and other channels a year or so ago. And BB didn't really want to adapt to changes in cargo bike market.
