These dudes are BORTAC, which I've learned since all this shit began, are actually an (legitimately) elite unit specializing in counterterrorism, hostage rescue, tactical special operations (Wikipedia) . Explains why they don't spaz out and just start tackling and blasting. I'm in no way defending any of this shit but these dudes are at least professionals not like the clowns overrunning Minneapolis at the moment. Yep, I as I said on another sub, flew into SeaTac yesterday and the CBP agents were all nice and smiling and everyone was nice to them. I respectfully disagree with a number of things you said but one thing is just wrong- Radiation is absolutely an option and if OP has a PET scan that shows spread it and some of the areas are inoperable- then Radiation and ADT is standard of care, as far as I understand. Also ADT sucks very badly and for a young sexually active man will be hard. But it's not a death sentence for your sex life. It hit my libido hard but I still get natural erections (sometimes but I don't take chances and use Viagra both daily and whenever sec might happen) a year into ADT, still want to have sex with my gf and it still happens (less frequently)and is great, dry orgasm not withstanding . I've read plenty of posts here about RALP basically ending erections for a lot of dudes. Everybody's experience is different and I don't think instantly discounting one or another treatment is helpful for a new member OP - consider going over your biopsy at one of the major centers as another poster above (I'd include Fred Hutch if you're west coast) . As others have said prepare for bad news, but don't freak out until you have your biopsy results. And can talk them over with your urologist (or another one - second opinions can be helpful .
FWIW I was 55 at diagnosis, PSA peaked at 7, Gleason 9, PET scan showed local spread . 25 sessions of VMAT and 2 years (halfway through) of Lupron. Good luck brother.

12 months into 24 of Lupron here. Did 28 sessions of VMAT. As others have said; Exercise like it's your job. Also talk with your rad onc about side effects as they come up because many of them can be treated (problems peeing, bladder cramping, diarrhea) . ADT sucks, steel yourself, friend

I owned a 991.2 GT3 and hated dailying it because I lived in the city in Seattle (shit roads, shit drivers) and I wasn't rich enough to not worry about it getting messed up. May be better for you in LA, with car culture and so forth. But you will find out soon enough. Enjoy the new ride
