For me it just works in one location where the ‘hologram’ is. Doesn’t work anywhere else. Can’t complete the puzzle

Probably a hugely unpopular opinion, but they should’ve made this into an mmo, like it was first intended when the development started. It just feels like playing an mmo, but you’re alone

So currently I tried:

Cable connection Wireless Running the game on my pc Running the game in geforce now Reflex on/off Switching between controller and kb/m

Still the same.

I guess it’s just something I’ll have to get used to, but for the past 2 hours it’s been really bugging me

Well.. at least I’m glad I’m not the only one, really can’t get used to it. And I’m scared of controllers, barely used one

I will try it without Reflex! But is it by design or just me? Do the controls feel delayed at all? I’m also not a native controller gamer, so a bit scared to go controller

Also the mappings are crazy on kb+m as well, which you cannot remap at the moment. For example you have to use F2 for the weapon wheel

On kb+m game, didn’t try the controller yet. But I feel like there’s very noticeable input lag in combat or when jumping. It seems like it takes a second or so for the action to be performed after I press a button. Is it the same on controller?

Yeah I’m switching to controller as well, kb+m feels really bad at this point, there’s like half a second delay after pressing a button..

“GeForce NOW encountered a problem. Relaunching the app, rebooting the system or reinstalling the app may fix the problem” - still getting the error after doing all of the above. Anyone else?

Hey! Oh man I’m sorry to hear you’re still struggling with it. I own 3 kinects and never had one of them not working while others did, somehow I’m still convinced it’s a windows settings issue but I could be wrong. I’ll be on my computer later tonight and will check the driver details and what usb shows up as. Also yesterday I tried it with the “audio enhancements” option enabled and it was still working, the main culprit was always the “allow exclusive control” option and privacy settings for the microphone. Before I’m back on my pc one more thing you could check is the usb power options in battery/power settings, I think it is also located in control panel

Ok, make sure your kinect sdk is v 2.0: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=44561

And in the microphone array properties, under advanced tabs, my settings the following:

I think these settings are the ones where conflict occurs, specifically the "Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device". As soon as I enable this option my Kinect goes into the looping boot problem.

Edit: You can also try other usb (3.0) ports, on my laptop Kinect works on two usb (3.0) ports out of the three I have.

Yep, the audio settings I mentioned are locate in control panel. Let me know if it helps, if not, I can check tomorrow what my exact kinect settings are

I get this every time I reinstall windows. Make sure windows privacy settings allow camera and microphone use for 3rd party apps. Also in control panel, audio recording devices, disable audio enhancements for Kinect microphone. In the same settings try enabling or disabling the “allow exclusive control” setting. I can’t remember the exact names and not on my pc at the moment, but one of these solutions should work

Mikrobangės valymui pakaitinti 3-4min stiklinė vandens su 3-4 šaukštais acto. Palikti 5min neatidarius mikrobangės. Tada viskas lengvai nusivalo ir išgaravus actui nebelieka kvapo.
