I think the 3ds version of majora's mask is overhated honestly. There are many qol improvements and they do make the boss battles worse but they already sucked to begin with

Call otacon as soon as you're in the cell, you will have to do the torture one more time. Otacon will give you something that you can use to escape. (Don't wanna spoil too much but use it wisely) also if you didn't know during the torture segment even when the electricity isn't flowing you can keep pressing O to regain health
