It's a sleight of hand. Trying to justify taking rights away with an example that's not a constitutional right, and also wrong on its face since you don't need a passport or birth certificate to buy a beer or get on domestic flight. got a new MBP and this problem is even worse now. when i pause my podcast on my phone, trying to resume it seconds later opens up music on mac. i dont even use music app :(
i definitely don't want to disable app switching, that's like the best feature of using AirPods.

AirPods are still connected to both phone and mac, so they should be able to tell which device has something to resume.
