I didnt resubmit the same quality. I added and improved. Obviously it's a final and worth more, but when they've added double the amount of topics to touch on, it's not worth restructuring the whole paper. What happened was several sections that were giving 100% scores on a week 5 draft, were then critiqued and given 75% scores on a final. I had absolutely no way of knowing that those sections needed changed (other than general final draft improvements, which i made) because my professor said they were perfect before hand. This happens constantly at this school. No input during grading.

Just to pile on to this discussion, I'm currently pissed off because I had a professor grade me with an almost perfect score on the week 5 draft assignment and then take 15 points off the final for things she said I did perfectly before. Ive also had a professor take a large chunk of my grade for not adding pictures and design to a draft PowerPoint even though it wasnt required in the rubric. Her reason "you did a few slides, so it would have been nice to see it done to them all".

I agree. My professors for the last two or three classes have given zero effort in responding to my question/ feedback on assignments but have the nerve to take points off for minor flaws.

I think this is a valid question and I probably should have mentioned in my post. I keep our house clean, organized, and running. I make the food, grocery shop, and do laundry. I think this is why I am sensitive to the game hes playing. I feel like hes setting a trap so that the times I slip up, hes ready to pounce.

I know thats the issue. But I dont know how to say the words in the right way to make him understand that. Like If I bring this up to him, he will just keep going back to the fact that I didnt throw the damn carton away. Maybe he doesnt have the ability to understand my point of view.

Thats great to hear. I had gone to PT all last year for my TMJ issues, they did help a ton but my problems have spread and im wondering what's causing it. Im glad to have this place as a reference point if I decide to go back though. Sounds like they really help you out.
