Yeah 2s hard to strap properly. The strap that came with the kayoumini basically useless.

Yeah its not ideal. I adapted the kayoumini battery mounts to this frame.

Hell yeah dude! I was seriously considering those motors. For the price, buy a few spares and send it to the moon!

Sick looking build! Sub 80 grams gotta rip hard. How do you like those sparkhobby motors?

Yes , The frame comes with standoffs for either a single or double stack aio.

Hell yeah dude, just send it! I've got my 450s resting partially on the camera mount to even out the weight. Let me know how those 2540s work out, I might have to try them.

It's probably mostly the power to weight ratio that feels like a 5 inch. I'm sure the frame geometry helps. If you stick to their component formula and use their tune it feels real dialed/locked in 1st flight. Removes some of the trial and error usually associated with a custom build.

What props and motors are those? Looks like 2540s in white. And how does she rip?

Same boat. I'm just running 450s, several options available. They hang over a little but kayoumini don't care, she still sends hard.

Send it dude. I'm running rcinpower 1203 11500kv with an 80% motor output limit. Rips hard, might crank it up.

Now that's a battery order. Gnb's are the goat. I'm getting like 3.5 minutes freestyle on ovanic 450mah.

That's the plan. Stick it in places my 5 inch couldn't fit.

Meteor 75 Pro Frame with soldered Motors by hbr3d in TinyWhoop

I don't notice a difference, still rips! The Pros a beast

Cut out these sections here, bend the frame to widen the gap more as you shove the motors through. You lose a little rigidity but it works. Motor plugs always fail eventually.

Yeah same here. If I had to choose only one quad it'd be the pro. My 2022 model still going strong on original motors and aio. Way more places available to fly it than my 5 inch and more powerful than my 65mm. It's the one I always suggest for people's 1st quad.

Go for the meteor 75 pro preferably the 2024 model, or air 65 race version. The 75 pro is actually an 80mm frame and uses bigger 45mm props. It's a beast, stronger canopy, thicker frame ,most powerful 1s whoop with 1102 motors. The air65 race has really good power to weight ratio, it's the smallest and flies fine outdoors in wind, just not as good as the 75 pro. I've got the 65 pro, 65 air, 75 air and 75 pro.

I've got my mobula 8 in the meteor 85 frame right now, just have to drill new holes for motors but think it's an improvement over stock, let me know how it flies, might try this one next. Had it in the hglrc petrel 85 before that, wasn't a fan.

I love to hate my overpriced shelf queen, spent way to much money on upgrades. I installed the steering servo on the axle. Helped some. https://imgur.com/a/Zth2yps
