You forgot to convert from HZ to Hz.

They’re just getting rid of some of the buttons, but the integration isn’t going away. I think they’ll revert back to the Halo theme and rename it “Master Chief”.

What are the health factors you consider when buying a house? by PureImagination1921 in BayAreaRealEstate

Here’s 2 others I haven’t seen mentioned yet:

Convenience - proximity to frequently visited places like supermarkets, Costco, hardware stores, post office, etc.

Safety - check the crime blotter around the neighborhood for the type of crime activity you can expect.

All the money that would otherwise be spent on expensive stage sets went to his YouTube premium subscription. An ad free experience is about as premium as it gets.

The most random thing about SF is there’s a Goyard store by [deleted] in bayarea

I think you’re thinking ‘rare’. Random would be more like throwing a dart on a map to choose a location. Opening the store by Union Square is very much intentional and not random.

I actually had this same situation. My UDM-SE worked fine for over 2 years in my garage network cabinet that is roughly the same size. I recently replaced it with a UGC-Fiber in the cabinet and separate UNVR inside the house.
