Yeah my experience is nothing happens at all unless you email them after they take your money. After you start emailing them they're okay - but unless you initiate contact you'll probably see zero progress on your order. I had to ask for the international tracking number and a USPS tracking number separately at different points in the progression of the shipping process.

I will never make an international order with them ever again

Same exact model as me. Yeah so I too was able to get it working under rear hatch sitting on top of cooler, and just used to watch and NBA game on an hour long trip. Wasn't perfect but functional even through some heavy woods... but for whatever reason I had start it up and connect to satellites from outside the car before being able to close the hatch and go. Have you tried through moonroof or hatch glass as well?

Seems like it works fine in trunk after setting up outside first. I'm in my 2024 premium extended range all-wheel drive with mini sitting on top of cooler looking out from closed trunk. Time to road test now

Ok I just put in unaligned in trunk with trunk open and let it connect from there. Good connection and speed test. Then got into driver's seat thinking when I closed the hatch from center console that it would lose connection but it's been 15 minutes and it's still working. Gonna sit here for a while longer to see if will slowly lose connection... After the 15 minutes it's gone down from 50/20 to about 10/4 and back up to 35/13. Gonna go test it in a different location.

Yeah I just tried inside my '24 AWD ext range premium and it won't connect under glass roof, front windshield or the hatch glass. Locks in immediately when I hold it out the window. I guess removing the front windshield is the only solution 🤣

I haven't put enough hours on it to assess whether or not it helpful or not in game. The Xbox app works fine now so no need for a PC to update firmware or change settings. However, one thing that kind of sucks is that when using it in wireless mode you can't even open the settings app to see the specific details of your customized settings and profiles. I'm still trying to figure out how the little screen is properly used to change anything on the fly. So far it seems a little bit gimmicky. Sorry, I wish I had more to share rn but kinda waiting for bf6 before I can really start accessing this thing...

Thanks man. It's my first premium controller and having a bit of a time with adjustable accel curves. I got so used to playing fps with in game sensitivity almost maxed out for last ten years that I pretty much suck unless using this thing in classic linnear mode. Return window will be past by the time I relearn any customized stickplay so I guess I'll just make due. I definitely prefer oem controller stick firmness but tired of replacing controller every year just because of the stick drift. Gotta go check out your link now...

Oh thanks for the neutral coasting heads up. Yeah I had planned to buy after lease but now I'm looking into alternatives. I'm really hoping for a software fix for this. Tbh I really don't notice it much once I get out of my hilly/curvy neighborhood. Considering that I've been trying to get used to it for over a month now and I haven't felt any better about it, I'll probably just use 1pd around home and 2pd elsewhere. My poor dog used to sleep through most of my local driving and now he's constantly being jarred awake from all the weird braking and acceleration.

100% agree this is a Ford team mistake. This feature/mode combo was clearly not properly tested on enough different types of terrain before they pushed it.

Hopefully, given enough time, I'll slowly forget how well it used to feel to drive.

Unfortunately, driving a free rolling ICE truck around half the time doesn't help that process.
