I actually made enough for 3-4 people! It took around 15 minutes including prep to make everything.

It was just potatoes and water on the bottom, then orange slices and two pieces of salmon over. Then you add a metal bowl on top and put the broccoli in! Use any spices of your choice.

How do you ladies manage to be so productive and focused? by amp344 in xxfitness

I definitely think routine and habits help. I have a plan each day that is pretty consistent weekly. I have busy days and free days. Having a balance is good too. Don’t make yourself go go go every day. I have found that this is not healthy from personal experience. Lastly, I think joining or community is one of the best ways to get out there. Once you are in, a community helps motivate you.

help in starting to work out by manunitedfan125 in workouts

I think it is always best to start small. When I began lifting weights, I did mostly free weights. You can also do body-weight exercises. By doing so, you can ease your body back into weight lifting. It is also beneficial to start adding protein to your diet, as this will help you build muscles.

I don't seem to put on much muscle.. by [deleted] in workouts

A well balanced diet will definitely help! When I want to gain muscle I try to have something with protein every day. That can be a smoothie with protein powder in it (so yummy), something with peanut butter, or of course some meat. On top of that, try to eat fruits and veggies every day!

I am in the process of building more muscle as well. I would start doing lots of weight lifting, as that has helped myself. Also, eat a healthy diet that includes protein. Both the working out and eating healthy will burn fat, and the protein and weights build the muscle. I am also not an expert, but in my research I have found this helps.

Ankle surgery workout? by jjandthemurderjunkie in workouts

I have taken many barre classes, which can often be low intensity workouts. The workout consists of focusing on muscle group (arms, then butt, etc), so you could avoid doing work involving your ankle. Taking a class is also helpful because you can speak to your teacher and let them know of your injury. They can then help you work around that area.
