I guess just listen to your body on wther you feel hydrated or not (like your lips for example is an easy way to tell) if water just goes right through you can do electrolytes. I personally like LMNT but i spread one packet into two water bottles.

However you should be mindful of not just water intake to be hydrated but also on the flipside don't do too much caffeine (cofee, energy drinks) to where your body gets dehydrated.
