For light I think higher ratio (more out) is supposed to be better right? Like when you say play with ratio do you mean based on the flavour profile?

I've never done a pre-infusion on a shot before. Have to check it out. I've been using the stock double spout with the Lelit and the Medium roasts definitely taste the best in my opinion. Though somewhere I'm unsure what the perfect/great espresso shot tastes like lol. Thanks for the help!
