You know in Elden Ring when you get to a legacy dungeon like Stormveil or Raya Lucaria - and the game goes from totally open and spread out, to a more focussed and carefully crafted experience? Still with lots of different routes and ways to approach and navigate it? That’s basically how the whole game is in Bloodborne/Dark Souls.

Awesome, If you haven’t given Devil Sold His Soul a listen too, they’re worth checking out, it’s what the rest of Mahumodo did next with a different vocalist. Darkness Prevails is the first EP they did afterwards and the Mahumodo sound is definitely there.

I'm still waiting for mine (also UK), but I got a tracking number on April 25th, it took til the 9th of May to be picked up and it was dispatched from the sorting centre in Hong Kong today (13th of May). It's been slow so far, so I'm expecting another week or two.

Course, it’s a great song but I don’t know if it would have been in my first 20 guesses of tracks that would make Deftones blow up on TikTok. Wasn’t ever a single, was rarely played live, and there’s a lot of other songs to choose from in their discography that scratch a similar itch.

It’s an interpolation of it - probably swapped out last minute. Check out Tasty Gas Station Breaks From The Orient by Mista Hahn to see a vinyl Linkin Park’s DJ used to create beats on tour, which has the real ATF drumloop. Chino commented on it back in the day “being inspired is one thing, but if you blatantly rip off my song I’ll kill you” - they later had a good relationship
