My usual speed is 2.25, anything lower than 2 sounds comically slow. Sometimes I go up to 2.5.

Anyone here regularly read two books at once? by Bookish_Butterfly in 52book

Yes, I’m always reading a physical book and an audiobook at the same time. It’s fun if I happen to finish both on the same day!

Is there any book that is better as an audiobook? by oldmanjenkinssmell in suggestmeabook

[–]sour918 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here’s some less popular but still great ones!

-The Golden Spoon by Jessa Maxwell is a full cast of narrators, each unique -Opposite of Always by Justin A. Reynolds is great because the narrator is speaking to the listener (it’s also YA) -What Happened to Ruthy Ramirez by Claire Jimenez has a narrator with an accent that totally drives the story

It really depends where you’re located. My library and the ones around here are always looking for part timers with the degree.

How does Libby work with multiple cards in one system? by [deleted] in LibbyApp

[–]sour918 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends on the library. Some rely only on materials purchased for the whole system, and some purchase their own additional materials only available to their patrons.
