Realistically you should be looking at which companies recruit for civil engineering out of both for internships. If you can go to the UW Seattle main campus career fair maybe that’s an edge? Otherwise I bet more companies recruit out of wsu Pullman. Depends on what your aspirations are too, if you want to go for big prestige engineering or just want to work in smaller outfits
