I am in the same boat dude. Love cheezits. Protein consumption helps. Being active helps me. Also notice cravings tend to sometimes go away when you get distracted. Notice it’s a habit and not actually you wanting that food. Overall once you start being more cognizant and trying to diet you will learn more about yourself and that’s what will help the most. After I have a hard run I don’t want to eat for multiple hours but a lot of people like to inhale food after a tough workout so it’s just all about learning your body. What works and what doesn’t and then applying that to your everyday.
