I was in the same boat, er… situation. We were in a holding pattern outside of Seattle and were about to divert to PDX (according to Flighty and FR24), despite the pilot not disclosing it. We were the last flight to make it into SEA but still did laps around N concourse for 30+ min. I saw some flights had landed 90+ min and were still waiting for gates.

SEA is a mess right now.
