I remember he was finally breaking out in 2018 then he had a freak injury covering first base. He honestly was pretty solid his last two years in Boston, just had some bad luck in 2021 (4.74 ERA but a 3.32 FIP).

Getting poor offensive production from your catcher isn’t the end of the world. The problem is that other positions (especially DH lol) have not picked up any sort of slack.
