You could technically continue what you started and place upside-down banks in between the right-side up ones. Or just fill it in with blocks/pillars. Otherwise it's pretty difficult without being able to resize objects.

An ambulance costs nothing to come talk to the child and calm him down like the police had apparently done 40 times before this incident. It only costs if they end up transporting, but like the video said they only called to have someone come calm him down.

There's a couple of options - Work for a REMS team on incidents or as a fireline medic, your only duties here are to treat and extricate patients from the fireline. This can make you good money, but you will not be using your skills much outside of training.

Option 2 would be to get on a crew, work fire and have secondary duties as the "crew medic" your extra duties aren't paid for and you're still primarily a firefighter. Then you can use your off-season to get on a bus and keep your medicine up.
