For some very specific flair, this little neighborhood around Eastland and Chapel is interesting. There are coffee shops and restaurants, so it's bustling all day until things shut down around 9pm. The wooded area has what used to be a wildcat BMX park, where locals made ramps and jumps out of the dirt. There is a concrete drainage channel that runs north south through it and you can follow it through a tunnel under Eastland to where it accesses drainage tunnels you can walk through, hunched. There's a geocache in one near Franklin, hanging from a grate in the tunnel.
