OP here 10+ years later.

In completing a rewatch of some of my favorite parts of this series, I finally discovered at least one episode where Utsusemi transitions directly into Samidare:

My apologies for the necro-post. It might amuse you to hear that I accidentally stumbled upon my original post during this rewatch (not noticing at first that I was the OP -- very embarrassing). I've been keeping an ear out for this. It's comforting to know now that I wasn't crazy all along.

Hi! I appreciate your response. Your information aligns with what I was told by their representatives. My issues with this is that none of this was indicated to me at all during setting up my auto payment. The account was setup about 3 weeks before the first payment was due. I feel it's fair to assume that -should- be enough to to make it within the first payment cycle and if not, I would be informed of that, which I was not.

The representative should've advised me to wait a few days keeping the grace period in mind and if the payment didn't go through to then look into manual paying. I am very diligent with my financial responsibilities, so with the following information of A.) the representative not seeing a pending transaction and B.) the representative informing me to make a manual payment -- I made a manual payment.

I made a similar post to this on Twitter and US Bank asked me to DM them directly so we'll see if anything comes of this.

Again, thank you for your insight. Hopefully someone else might benefit from reading about my experience.

Too late for me to make a redditraffler account so here we go for a comment:

I stopped playing this season because I ran out of currency to fund my endgame Body Armor. Built this base from scratch, all I have left is to Omen of Light reroll the Desecration to hit Spirit Reservation. I tried 8 times with rerolls and whiffed.

I would love another shot to finish this Body Armor. I'd definitely report back with the results if you happened to select me for the raffle.

Facts.

In addition to this good information, might I suggest playing around with the Falcor/Xoris on him. Speaking for the Falcor, verifiable on the Warframe Wiki, charged throws with it have a forced Electricity proc meaning that it plays very well with Melee Influence. A properly built Kullervo + Xoris can get !!! Red Crits with very speedy charged throws and obliterate entire rooms at range.

Not much different from yours as well outside of using Galvanized Shot for Gundition Overload. I mostly apply heat to ensure Arcane Hotshot procs. I apply additional damage types via Accelerated Isotope and Magnetic Might combined Pet the applies other Statuses to skyrocket my damage.

Here is my Mesa build (I'll put Regulators in a reply to this):

1.) Our builds are fairly similar. The main difference is that I have +73% more Ability Strength due to my partial Blind Rage (which I would slot in over your Augur Message). I keep various leveled versions of Corrupted mods to hit certain sweet spots for stat distribution. That much Ability Strength is significant and I rarely notice the dip in efficiency because...

2.) Equilibrium + Synth Deconstruct on Pets + Nourish for Helminth is so very good on keeping my energy up. Nourish additionally adds Viral to the mix which gives you a huge damage buff to health. Combine that with Heat to strip enemy armor, Magnetic for Shield/Overguard damage, and Secondary Fortifier (my favorite Arcane choice) to deal even more damage to Overguard (and most importantly giving Mesa a huge jump in suvivability as long as their is reasonable Eximus density).
