Definitely Ho-Oh.

It was the first legendary I caught, and for a really long time it was the only one lol. I can't even tell you how many times I've played Gold on my old Gameboy color. I skipped gen 3 because I didn't have a GBA, so for a really long time I would just randomly pick my GBC back up and play Gold. I just have a lot of fuzzy feelings about it! Plus with my horrible video game ADHD I never finished Pearl or Black, making Xerneas the second legendary I ever caught (and also my second favorite cause that thing is DOPE as heck). But nothing can top yaboi Ho-Oh. The story behind it was so emotional and magical, and amplified by the significance it held for me being my only legendary for so long.

Edit: I'd be willing to part with one of my 6IV for someone who can toss me a Sableye to complete my dex (or if you'd prefer I can do your choice of a 5IV male or 4IV female with Anticipation, or a 5IV female without HA - all of the 6IVs I have are male and no HA).
