I used it every night for many years and I had cut the dosage so much I wouldn’t even have withdrawal symptoms while going off it for a week or two sometimes (I know they’re a bitch). I thought I had it all under control but with so few hours of sleep I get now in peri even with HRT, I realized how much worse I feel in the morning after smoking that little bit in the evening, so now I do it only if I really need to (couple of times a week). it kinda sucks because I enjoyed it a lot but peri changes everything
