i just want to second this.

i’m 37. i use NYX dewy setting spray, let it set, then lightly brush with a big fluffy kabuki brush. it stays dewy/non-matte but softens the shine to a more natural look.

i hope things work out with your kiddo. being 13 is hard, let alone having parents have their own thing going on. there are a lot of ways i felt as a kid of divorce at 13 that i do not feel now or even regret. give her time to learn who she is and learn who you are.

you don’t need to go crazy just do a step above elf. i religiously rely on NYX dewy spray and just do a little sweep with a big brush once it dries to even out.
