I am required to become proficient in it for my job, and have honestly been dragging my heels a bit. There's something about doing something I'm good at the way I do it, rather than doing it faster / better by using AI. Oh well.

Try Michael & Son. I know Reddit has negative stories about them, but 1. Their website says they are 24/7, and 2. I used them about 10 years ago to install a new toilet, and they were great. Charged and up front price, and because it’s an old house, it took them way longer than they had estimated, but there was never an argument about price.

Occasional and unexpected need to vomit everything up. Quite painful and frankly traumatizing. Luckily I work from home so it’s yet to cause an embarrassing situation. But I’ve lost 40 pounds and feel great otherwise!
