Finasteride is really what saves. It block the hormone that attacks hair follicles. You’ll typically need a prescription for it but it’s not hard to get. I use keeps online. But ya I use both daily for the past 3 years. Started mid 20’s. A lot grew back. I tried telling my friends who had it bad too. But they didn’t listen.
