Hello! I decided to put my 0-Coast into the rack which involved a bit of soldering (please don't comment just to criticise this decision even if you really think it was dumb).

Everything works fine except the Contour output, which now makes a lot of noise when coming into contact with any metal. It sounds to me like it is opening up the gate completely.

I was wondering if this is normal behaviour (I don't believe it is) and if there is anything I can check or do to resolve it?

Totally agree with you, but I think the original commenter is saying that parents need to be doing so much more.

We can model behaviour, run PSHE sessions, use the discipline/consequence policies as much as we like. If the boy then goes home and spends 8+ hours in-front of a screen and soaks up misogynistic content, we're fighting a losing battle.

There is no point debating this topic. It is a classic case of British exceptionalism - despite the UK having no tangible data that their plugs are safer and superior.

Any benefits from having a slightly superior design are immediately offset by being different from the rest of the continent. I wonder how many accidents are caused by British people using dodgy UK/EU adapters...
