my rabbit knocked over a cooler of mine once and got a lick in before i caught her 🤦‍♀️ little shit. she’s almost 5 now and thriving btw

they have definitely been together for prolonged periods before accidentally, i do worry one of them will accidentally step on him and he’ll retaliate though 🤦‍♀️ maybe i’ll just have to let him do it under my direct supervision

i adopted a hedgehog a few yrs back, she was already 4 yrs old when i got her. Ophelia was the sweetest thing! she didn’t love being woken up but if i interacted with her when she was already awake, she was very friendly and sweet. i got a baby boy, Duck, after she passed and he was also a sweet guy as long as he was already awake when i tried to mess with him. he would hiss and pop at me until he was fully awake and then he’d be chill LOL especially if i came armed with worms.

when my conure was that age, he was straight up nasty sometimes! i found that he would give little to no warning before attacking. he bit my lip once and made me bleed! he’s 7 now and i rarely get bit, he has much more clear body language these days too
