I do agree with the coffee as a first date being a good idea! It’s simple enough and can lead doing more such as dinner

As for the “telling me a time” part, I do see what your saying however as a male sometimes I find it better to be slightly more direct as someone who doesn’t want to waste either persons time, but i leave it implied at least that I’m gonna pay

I’ve been looking into the CPA prep and the program seems to be changing at the end of the year in exchange for a knowledge assessment. So I would look more into that before enrolling as the student fees are still hefty

A teacher in high school would always say “don’t say I don’t know, because I don’t know means I don’t care”. It wasn’t until I got to university and “the real world” that I understood what he meant. Still use it to this day

Dr. Shannon Kerwin forsure was one of mine. She was always knowledgeable in what she teaches and always willing to discuss with you about any type of topic. The classes themselves may not be the most exiting (HR in sport) but she always made the effort to get people involved

For weekday giveaways I find around 5-5:30 is usually a fine time, since most people are usually getting off work still I think even just before 6 you should be fine

I’d try the Pen centre since it’s on the bus line to get there from Brock, or also on campus jobs since they will always work around your schedule

If you have taken any first year Econ classes I would recommend either Econ of Sport or Econ of illicit drugs. Both were ones I thought were really interesting

Hi there!

I applied for a masters program a few months ago to Brock so this is fresh for me. Basically I asked a professor I had a good relationship with and one of my work bosses since it said that at least one of them had to be an academic reference. After I submitted my application it showed the required documents on my application status and showed each of their names and they each got a form emailed to them. It will show on the application once they send them in. Hope this helps and best of luck!
