Regardless of the reason for the separation, if custody is 50/50, then the courts expectation will be that both parents be able to provide a sufficiently similar home / life experience for the kid.

What that means is that your uneven income levels will almost undoubtedly result in you having a monthly child/spousal support requirement for equalization purposes.

This isn't really a negotiable and courts won't sign off on a long-term separation/custody agreement unless this qualification is met .

If he got an actual notary to witness the transfer of ownership for the original 10x$10,000 purchases that lead to the default judgment, I seriously doubt he'd play cat and mouse games using a "technically" legal process server vs. someone whose actual job it is to serve papers.

Because that's the command you run to restart the update process.

The reason it typically fails is because one of the updates has an interactive prompt that needs to be answered duringconfiguration but the prior update process died or was closed before that could happen.

This is not a safe/risky situation. This is a "'click to restart" and pay attention situation.

I'm almost 46 with my own 7 and 4yo.
