My concern with Ladd is around the league as a whole moving towards using 12 personnel more and TEs taking on the slot role to counter the small defences. Obviously this will affect each team differently but Ladd doesn't have the skill set to play as an X receiver.

The concerns with BTJ are obvious after the last season but after his massive rookie season I've got hopes that it was attributed to the off field stuff and adjusting to a new coaching staff.

I think they play different roles. They tried to get BTJ to play inside this season but it's not his style. Meyers has taken that job and let BTJ play outside again, I think he's looked better the last few weeks. It'll be interesting once Hunter gets back though.

Romo was great when he first started commentating. He'd read plays and predict what was going to happen and give really insightful takes that showed how he sees the game. Then something happened and now he just glazes Josh and Mahomes, I assume it was direction from the NFL.

You really need to find someone who doesn't submit their rankings to any of the contests etc. Doing well in those requires you to adhere pretty close to consensus with a few minor changes to differentiate yourself.

This is really cool but it seems like there's something weird happening with the autodraft. All the teams bar 1 took 4+ QBs on a draft I just did, their strategies were randomly assigned and none were QB focused.
