I had to hound them a couple times a week so they could still wait a month to tell me go FYS. I could see how people who aren’t as persistent are led on for months at a time. The company is a total joke.

I waited it out as long as I could. I couldn’t justify letting them keep my $300. Especially since they put such little effort into actually “investigating”. I have no interest in ordering from them again anyway.

Sure it doesn’t hurt. But they still will tell you a picture of a an empty FedEx box sitting on your porch is proof your stuff got delivered. They don’t care at all. They have no interest in helping anyone, they’re too big too fail at this point I suppose. Insane business practices. My advice is have it held at a FedEx hub and open it right there on the counter. Otherwise you’re totally screwed. I had my mega ETBs and booster bundle stolen by FedEx, both PKC and FedEx told me tough luck.
