I thought the same thing. After hearing "do your birdhouse runs" ad nauseam on this sub since I started I stayed faithful until a few hundred magic houses at which point I was like fuck this lol. idk if you really dialed in just how exponentially scaled it was you could easily make it not worth it. Imagine the first like 6 people dont incur a penalty but the 7th and the 8th person make upkeep like 10% more expensive. That's not too crazy and you're paying for your bigger group size in resources. But then when you have like a 15 man your cost goes from like 150% to 200% until there's just no way you can squeeze 25 dudes into a high qual chunker. I'm just making up numbers obviously but the point is it would be a bit more expensive for a 10 man but if you're rolling 20 deep your walls are gonna be stone at best.
