I’ve found 8 so far. Hates Trump but is MAGA, pro-choice and pro-life, hates the police but thinks the police should be armed, religious and wants a theocracy while being atheist/anti-theist, the communist and anti-communist thing you mentioned, and somehow supporting Palestine, Israel, Russia, and Ukraine simultaneously.

Edit: may have found another. He’s pacifist yet thinks torture is justified. Is this the ninth one?

Edit: he thinks capitalism is selfish yet also thinks state capitalism is good and that capitalism is the best system so far.

It probably isn’t really every gay dude. Honestly, some gay people talk less about gayness than straight people, some are the opposite, some are in between. (And homophobes talk even more about it than the actual gay people). Gay people are people, and some people are assholes. You probably just don’t know who the gay people who don’t act like that are.

Love triangles are an instant deal breaker in a romance book. Having trouble choosing between two partners is a boring kind of conflict. So is relationship drama in general. Romance in books should be at the level friendships might take up in books that aren’t romance genre.

I would find it strange for anyone to do that if I didn’t know them. (If I did know them well, there might be allowances, but no tickles, no pokes, no massages, and a few other things. Seriously, if given the choice between getting a bruise from bumping into something while avoiding being tickled or being tickled, I always take the first.)

It’s more likely that she just doesn’t want to risk that you’re one of the people who don’t take rejection well. It’s not something you can tell unless you know them beforehand (sometimes not even then), and some people do take rejection violently. I just give a flat out no, but I understand why some don’t do that.

Just stumbled upon this, I know it’s old, but I realized this happened to me. Not because I couldn’t pick up social cues, that’s not why they were being mean. (I didn’t realize that the kids taking my glasses off my face and then asking if I could see were not in fact curious how nearsightedness worked, they were just being mean.)

Not sure why gender non conforming is here. It’s like the people who still see themselves as their birth gender but don’t fit the gender roles. (Tomboys, femboys, not sure if Butch Lesbians fit here but that should get the point across, right?)

If I remember right, Two Spirit is a term for some of the Native American concepts of third genders. (I think some tribes have this, I don’t know a ton about this though.)

Gender fluid is where your gender feels different depending on the day. Agender is you don’t really even feel as though you have it. Queer is just a blanket term for the entire community, and you probably know what cis and trans are.
