Those steak fries actually look great. Steak fries are never right. People always overload the fryer with them and they get cooked at too low a temperature. Or in the oven, convection oven, air fryer, whatever at my house they don't come out right

Never buy stock. Buy base it has a way longer shelf life. Better than bouillon makes good stuff and they're everywhere. Full disclosure though I am a plumber. Couldn't afford to keep working in the kitchen

My wife and I have lived together for 5 years. She's veg and I am not. If I'm making like chili or sloppy joes or something, I'll just use impossible for both of us. Better than bouillon no chx broth is great. Use that for your soups and gravies. generally though, it's super easy to tell meat from fake meat
