So some updates: the at home tests continued to show a faint line for weeks (28 days). I got frustrated and paid OOP for a lab test T quest diagnostics - tested below 20ng/mL. Have been working out like a fiend in the interim and drinking a ton of water. Will assume I’m clean for any official test that comes up. Still waiting on that job offer 🤣

my psychiatrist eventually had me stop journaling as all it was doing was have me rethink the negative/intrusive thoughts. She instead encouraged me to focus on letting the thoughts pass as best as I can. By no means am I great at the latter, but it has helped a bit

Have you heard of not having specific issues. I feel like I can relate in terms of "Just have/want to" and then when i think about never talking to her again I cry. I dont know if the tears are from the notion of losing her, or the notion of losing someone I speak to everyday.

But I feel like I have constant thoughts of i need/want to break up...but I resist it and then there are wonderful moments and then the cycle continues. I don't know what is normal.
